Hoses for the Maritime Industry and Shipyards
We develop and manufacture technical hose systems for professional use in shipbuilding, shipyards, and maritime plant engineering. Our products are designed for continuous use under demanding environmental conditions—high pressure ranges, fluctuating temperatures, abrasive media, and salty environments.
We use selected elastomers, thermoplastics, and composite materials that are specifically tailored for the conveyance of media such as fuels, oils, cooling water, air, gases, or technical granulates. Depending on the application and specifications, we supply pressure-resistant, vacuum-resistant, flame-retardant, or electrically conductive versions.
Our hose systems are manufactured in accordance with current industrial and maritime standards. Upon request, we accommodate project-specific standards and classification requirements (e.g., DNV, ABS, or comparable regulations) as well as customer-specific testing requirements. Documentation, traceability, and quality assurance are an integral part of our manufacturing process.
In addition, we develop and manufacture machinery and technical components for applications in maritime transport and on-board technology. Design, manufacturing, and assembly are carried out with a practical and service-oriented approach—focusing on ease of maintenance, operational safety, and long service life.
