One essential instrument, for example, is the continuous improvement process (CIP). This way of thinking is intended to achieve continuous improvement with the most sustainable effect possible within the company. CIP refers to improvements in product, process and service quality and is implemented through a process of continuous small improvement steps.

To what extent does quality management also involve each individual employee?

Quality should be lived in all departments, which is why all employees should be involved in quality management. In production, for example, almost every employee at our company is trained to check quality. Through regular presence in production, we ensure greater safety in the production process and thus avoid errors and subsequent complaints.

Are there any further plans for the future within the framework of quality management?

You are probably familiar with the quote from Philip Rosenthal: "He who stops getting better has stopped being good." This is also the motto at Masterflex.
